About Us

The Midwest Coalition on Chronic Kidney Disease is an alliance of health organizations dedicated to work with the medical community at large to better manage the health and quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease.

Because kidney failure often results from long-standing diseases such as diabetes and hypertension, the Midwest CKD Coalition is made up of volunteers from organizations which serve many healthcare communities.

The Coalition focus is on prevention and early intervention in chronic conditions leading to kidney disease.
